REAL Deal About Stress™ was lovingly developed in 2013 and delivered to help teens and adults learn practical tools and build social emotional learning (SEL) skills to deal with stress and anxiety before they lead to depression, anxiety, bullying, and suicide. We partnered with Mental Health America of Summit County and shared the series with young adults and their adults across Northeast Ohio. Now, we are offering the REAL Deal to you!

This Webinar introduces you to the REAL Deal About Stress™ principles: Identify strong emotions, Take Action and Get and Give Support, shares the importance of self-regulation and provides a few tips and actions. At the end our time together, you will become aware of simple practices that help you calm down in stressful and overwhelming situations. We discuss perspective, the “triangle”, and how our bodies let us know we need to reset. This is an interactive event so plan to share what you do today to support everyone’s learning.
